Angel Flanagan lives beside Saint Mary’s Bay, Nova Scotia with her husband, two sons, and three cats.
Rugged Nova Scotia coastlines with roaring winds and crashing waves inspire her. She enjoys walking the beaches, while hunting for tiny sea glass treasures from the past. She explores a fascination with changing landscape and abandoned places throughout her work. When not writing or taking photos, Angel grows her own vegetables and even has a few chickens.
Flanagan’s work has been published in The Chronicle Herald, Le Courrier de la Nouvelle Ecosse, Xalt Magazine, Coastal Life Magazine, The Lobster Bay Shopper and The Clare Shopper. One of her short stories appears in Moose House Stories Volume 1., and her first novel, Lost and Found, will be released in the spring of 2021.
